About Datavera

Who we are and how we think about data management

Our Story

Built on a Simple Belief

Data is only valuable when it is trusted. Datavera was founded on the belief that the gap between raw data and real business value is always a people-and-process problem — not a technology one.

Based in Viimsi, Harjumaa, we have spent years helping Estonian and European organisations build the foundations that make data work — governance structures that stick, integrations that actually connect, and analytics that people genuinely use to make decisions.

Our work spans industries and scales — from fast-growing technology companies taking data seriously for the first time, to established organisations untangling years of accumulated complexity. In every case, our approach is the same: start with what the data needs to do, then build backwards to what it needs to be.

We operate as a close, expert team. That means every client engages with senior practitioners — people who have seen the same challenges in different contexts and know how to navigate them without wasted effort.

What Guides Us

Our Values

🔎

Clarity Over Complexity

Data management can become overwhelmingly complex. Our job is to cut through that — to diagnose clearly, explain plainly, and deliver solutions that everyone on your team can understand and sustain.

🔒

Privacy as a Foundation

We treat personal data protection as a design principle, not an afterthought. Every solution we deliver is built with GDPR compliance integrated from the start — because trust, once broken, is hard to rebuild.

🌱

Long-Term Partnership

We are not interested in creating dependency. We build your team's capability alongside every solution we deliver — so you grow stronger because of us, not more reliant on us.

✔️

Honest Assessment

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. If the problem is different from what was first described, we say so. Honest diagnosis is the foundation of every good engagement.
